Because we are all different, we are all affected differently by the different selections. Two people afflicted by the same condition may have an entirely different response to the same selection. Also, we may respond to a "musical medicine" CD or a Hemi-Sync Produced CD or a Frequency produced CD a little differently also which is why there is a great diversity of selections within the catagory. The next best way is through a good quality set of headphones or subwoofer. We recommend the Titanium Pro 35 headphones sold at Radio Shack.
